Return Policy

1. Return window

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.

2. Product condition

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

• Be in its original packaging, unused and undamaged.
• Include all original accessories and documents.
• Not have been personalized or modified.

3. Excluded products

Returns do not apply to used candles, opened personal care products, or clearance items, except in case of a manufacturing defect.

4. Return process

2. We will send you the shipping instructions within 24 business hours.
3. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will refund you within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Return shipping cost

If the product arrives defective or different from what you ordered, the return is free: we cover shipping and send you the correct product at no extra cost. In all other cases, return shipping is paid by the customer.
