1. Data controller
BR Inversiones S.A.S, NIT 901.534.787-8, based in Cartagena, Bolívar, Colombia, is responsible for processing your personal data under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013.
2. Data we collect
We collect: full name, email, phone number, delivery address, order history and shopping preferences. We also collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and cookies to improve your experience and measure our advertising.
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data to: process and manage your orders, send confirmations and status updates, provide customer service, send marketing communications (with your consent), measure the results of our ads and show relevant advertising, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Data sharing
We do not sell your data. We only share it with: carriers to deliver orders, payment gateways (Wompi, Stripe) to process payments, analytics and advertising platforms (Google Analytics and Meta Platforms, including Facebook and Instagram) to measure visits and purchases, and technology providers under confidentiality agreements. When a purchase is confirmed, we send Meta your email, phone and city in hashed form, never as readable text.
5. Security
We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data: SSL/TLS encryption, passwords hashed with bcrypt, and restricted access to personal data.
6. Your rights

7. Cookies
We use essential cookies to run the site, analytics cookies (Google Analytics) and advertising cookies (Meta pixel) to learn which ads lead to visits and purchases. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage the ads you see on Facebook and Instagram in your Meta account's ad settings.
8. Validity
This policy is valid indefinitely. We may update it; significant changes will be communicated by email to registered users.
